Sales Manager, eCommerce Solution

North Point, Hong Kong

Job Description:

  • Act as Business & Solution Consultant to sell the company’s digital transformation eCommerce solutions
  • Proactively seek out, approach, develop & manage your set of enterprise accounts
  • Design and present eCommerce solutions that meet prospective customers’ needs
  • Co-ordinate with the necessary resources needed for order closing, including

o   Relevant product and service partners to understand their business objectives, requirements and technical contexts for solution design

o   Internal technical and solution implementation team during pre-sales

  • Plan the necessary customer engagement visits and develop relevant tools (e.g. price proposals, presentations, demonstrations) to develop account relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to understand their needs, both for initial account penetration and for
  • Continuous account development to develop ongoing revenue streams via

o   Monitor customers’ changing needs to recommend functionality enhancements

Job Requirement:

  • University graduate with major in Business Administration, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant years’ experience in B2B/corporate sales
  • Excellent customer-facing, communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua a must

Major Account Sales Manager

Job Description:

The suitable candidate will be responsible for:

  • Independently plan and perform all necessary tasks required to achieve assigned sales targets including:

Business Development Specialist Trainee

Job Description:

  • Assist senior management to explore, design and implement business development projects sales, including
    • Plan, design and execute on-target marketing and sales activities such as publicity, seminars, events, exhibitions, digital sales outreach campaigns

Digital Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Reporting into the Digital Sales Supervisor, the suitable candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales and marketing activity targets through the following channels
    • Handle Inbound sales enquiries coming in from websites, eDMs, hotlines and other lead-generating channel
    •  Conducting daily outbound calls to an assigned database to sell and close orders
    • Conducting outbound calls to existing customers to upsell and secure additional revenue
    • Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements

  • Form 5/Higher Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in business-to-business (B2B) telemarketing/telesales.  Candidates currently working in call centres for eCommerce, and teleccommunication services much preferred
  • Self-motivated, sales-driven and able to work independently
  • Strong communication (oral and written) skills in English and Cantonese.  Putonghua abilities preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
