This provides the office with the flexibility to conduct deeper, customized analyses to uncover additional insights and trends to further optimize their services and strategies.

The Employer Activity Tracking feature equips the Career Service Office with real-time visibility into employer engagement on the platform. This data-driven insight allows the office to take proactive measures to cultivate stronger employer participation, while also reviewing and optimizing the overall employer directory to better serve the needs of both students and the education institution.

This Student Success Tracking feature empowers the Career Service Office to monitor student work placement progress in real-time. This visibility allows the office to proactively intervene, provide targeted support, and allocate resources to assist students who may be falling behind, ultimately cultivating improved employment outcomes for the student community.

The platform’s administrative backend enables the management and modification of user profiles, job postings, career talks, and other career-related content. This flexibility equips the administrative staff with the tools to proactively optimize the services provided to both employers and students. Batch management empowers the admin staff to seamlessly execute changes across thousands of user accounts and job postings with speed and precision, dramatically improving the scalability of the platform.

The Employer Portal provides a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management solution from setting up corporate branding & profile, posting job openings, reviewing incoming applications, scheduling interviews, and extend offers – all within a single, streamlined interface.

Employer Directory enables students to search, filter, and engage with prospective employers. Additionally, the platform provides employers with a channel to promote their company brand and employment offerings. This two-way functionality facilitates meaningful connections between students and organizations, empowering both groups to explore mutually beneficial career opportunities.

Uniquely UC.NOW’s, Job Centre empowers students to search, filter, shortlist, and apply for job opportunities directly on the platform. Students can also create personalized job alerts to receive automatic notifications when new positions matching their preferences become available. This functionality encourages students to actively access and engage with the platform, maximizing the opportunities for employment.
